A refund can be arranged if:
1) You paid twice for a same product by accident.
2) Did not receive the registration code and no response from our support team in 48 hours.
3) Technical issues with the software and our technical support team cannot provide a solution.
4) You are charged for the renewal payment after you have cancelled the auto-renewal on a subscription (screenshot proof for the cancellation required).
1) Changed your mind on a paid product/subscription.
2) Purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
3) For technical issues but never sought for any assistance from our support team with any detailed descriptions of the problem.
4) The refund request for a product that has exceeded our maximum refund period (see below).
5) Did not receive a product key but never sought for assistance from our support team.
6) Dissatisfied with the price you paid (e.g. claiming the price differences with other companies' products).
7) No longer subscribe to Tidal Music.
8) Your order has exceeded our maximum refund period.
9) Your subscription was automatically renewed but you did not ask for the refund within 5 days.
Tidabie offers a 5-day money-back guarantee on subscription-based products (1-month and 12-month license), and 30-day for the lifetime license. The valid period is starting from the date of your purchase.
All subscriptions are set to automatic renewal by default. The subscription can be cancelled at any time during your subscription period. To cancel the subscription, there is a link in the confirmation email that will be sent to you right after you purchase the product. You can simply click it to cancel the auto renewal.
Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days depending on your payment method. If you don't receive the refund within 7 days, please contact Paddle Support for further assistance.
